This lovely new build home was already in for planning but the client wanted to see their home finished to ensure they were happy with certain elements of the design. The fish tank was a dream to have and they loved being able to see what that could be like.

The landowner was looking to sell the land for development oppertunities and employed ConstructVR and Morris Tait Architectural Design Services to create a design for marketting the land. The client also wanted to see the images in both day and sunset.

Charity images for insch memorial hospital
ConstructVR were delighted to create some 3D visualisations for works to the war memorial hospital in insch. The hospital had been closed to local residents as a drop in center due to not meeting modern requirements. There was a bid to raise funds to add a new wing which met requirements to allow locals to use the facility again.
